What is the lurity advertising platform?
The LURITY ad platform is an ad marketplace that connects advertisers (in this case, you) with owners of digital advertisement screens. As an advertiser, you can easily connect through a web browser to launch an advertising campaign which, after approval by our administrators, will immediately begin appearing on LURITY advertisement screens.

In what format must the ad banners be?
Currently, we only support full-HD format (1080x1920px). In the case of images, we support .jpg and .png formats. For videos, we use the .mp4 format with a maximum duration of 15 seconds.

What is the minimum budget for advertising and minimum campaign length?
LURITY can be advertised even with a budget of just 1 euro per day. The minimum campaign duration is 1 day.

What is the ideal budget for advertising and the ideal length of the campaign?
Ideal budget and campaign duration differs from case to case. It depends on the goals of your campaign, how many people you need to reach and how fast.

For example, if you just need to quickly sell out a particular product, it makes sense to make a campaign only for a limited and short period of time but with higher budgets in the amount of tens to hundreds of Euros per day.

If your goal is to build a strong brand, you need to remind potential customers on a continuous basis - ideally to keep your brand and products in the eye. In order to build a strong brand, we therefore recommend a continuous campaign, but with a lower budget per day.

How can a credit voucher be used?
You can type in the voucher code before you start your first campaign or you can enter it in your account settings. The credit begins taking effect when payment details are entered and the minimal amount displayed on the voucher is used.

What are the biggest advantages over billboards?
The biggest difference is the speed at which you can run your ad campaign. Just a few clicks of the mouse and you can begin engaging potential customers with your ad. Your ads will only appear on screens within the geographic location in which you want to reach customers. In addition to this, we evaluate the visibility of every ad through state-of-the-art camera technology. Therefore the success rate of your ad campaign will give you an additional insight into how well you are advertising through internet-based pay-per-click advertisements.

What are the advantages over other forms of physical advertisement?
Our main advantage lies within the advanced camera technology works alongside each ad screen. This allows us to not only evaluate the ad’s visibility for your intended audience, but also to analyze the demographic composition of this audience at different times. Using artificial intelligence, we can target the ad on specific screens at a time when the most people in your target group are likely to be watching them. Thanks to this sophisticated system, you only pay for views from your target audience.

What are the advantages over online marketing?
Online ads have undeniable benefits, but people spend just a few hours of their life in the online environment weekly - the rest of the time is present in the "real" world. To build a successful brand, multi-channel access to the customer is required. You need to engage in both the online and offline world. Ideally, advertisements would allow us to continually measure and evaluate the success of this communication. That's why we created LURITY, which is a platform that lies between the worlds of online and offline advertising.

How does lurity account for advertising costs?
Unlike other display ad systems, you do not pay LURITY for ad placement or ad serving time, but only for actual views by your target audience. This means that if your target audience is 18 to 34 years old, and none of the target audience has viewed the screen, you do not pay us anything at all. We are convinced that paying only for results is the most fair way to charge for advertising.

Why is it better to pay for views rather than display time?
In short, you never know what you are going to get when paying for broadcast time or display time. How many people have passed and ignored the ad? How many of them viewed the screen? How many of these people fall into your target audience? On the other hand, if you only pay for ad views by your target audience, you know exactly what you get for your money.

How much does one view cost?
The price for viewing is not determined by any fixed price list. Our system sets it separately for each device, based on the current viewing rate and the demand by other advertisers for the selected target audience. We believe that the best way to set a price for advertising is when it is set by the market itself based on demand and supply.

Since views do not have a fixed price, can i set a limit on how much i pay for advertising?
Of course! We understand you want to have your marketing costs under control. You can set a daily advertising budget which we will not exceed under any circumstances. You also have the opportunity to set the maximum price which you are willing to pay. If your current cost-per-acquisition price exceeds the maximum budget you set, your ad will temporarily stop showing for that device. The ad in question will move to other devices with cheaper current prices that are still within your selected region.

Can you tell me how many people will view my ad?
Yes, but only an approximate figure. That's because we never know how many people will go around the ad screen on that day, or what other advertisers will be asking for this particular ad space on that day. However, we use artificial intelligence which allows us to predict how many people will see your ad for that ad budget. You will certainly appreciate this estimate when planning your next ad campaign.

How can i target the ad for a specific audience?
LURITY allows you to target your ad geographically - for example, your business only operates in certain cities, so you'll only advertise on screens located within those cities.In addition to geo-targeting, you can target your ad based on the gender and age of your target audience, but also depending on the current weather, local temperatures, and the time of day you want your ad to run.

How fast can the system evaluate the success rate of a currently running ad?
Ad screens are constantly communicating with our servers via the internet, so we regularly receive tracking data for each individual ad in real time. Once you've signed in to our administration web site, you can keep track of these changes and, if necessary, edit your ad campaign, or the ad’s images and videos.

How can i edit a currently running campaign?
It's very simple. For example, in a few clicks you can change your campaign's geographic targeting: open the currently running campaign, change your geographic target and resume the campaign. Similarly, it is possible to change ad visuals, daily budget or even the target audience.

How do i pay for my advertisement
After signing into the administration interface, you need to enter and verify your credit card for your account. Your credit card details are securely stored with our Braintree payment gateway provider. Payment from the card will take place automatically and it will be always charged at the end of the month in which the campaign was running, or after reaching the transaction limit.

How are campaigns approved and how does the process work?
All ads in the campaign must pass the approval process. Our Administrators will review every single ad and check if they comply with the advertising guidelines specified in the Terms of Service. For example, if the product does not fall into the category of prohibited ads, if it does not contain grammatical errors, and so on. The ad campaign's approval process takes a few hours and may take up to 24 hours.

What can cause an ad to not be approved?
Given that LURITY uses advertising screens that are located in the premises of our partners, it is our duty to take care of their interests and reputation. Therefore, we block ads that do not meet strict visual criteria or the Terms and Conditions which govern advertisements under the LURITY platform.

Are there products that can’t be promoted on the lurity advertising platform?
The LURITY ad network will not promote ads that do not meet our visual criteria or those that fall into the category of forbidden ads. Ads that are subjected to restrictions, such as medicine and medical supplies, are usually advertised, but adhere to stricter guidelines and approval criteria.

What should i do when one of my ads has been rejected?
Before you decide to advertise on LURITY, we recommend that you view the Terms and Conditions and the advertising policies listed there. For example, if quality of the photo was poor, you can upload a new one, and the approval process will automatically repeat. However, if your ad has been rejected for being within a restricted or regulated category, we recommend contacting our administrator.

What personal information does the system collect and what are its legal consequences?
Personal data is processed in adherence to:

The system operator is LURITY, s.r.o, which has a certificate from the Office for Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. The Company is also entitled to provide third parties with personal data processing in limited form, in this case as an advertiser. As the system operator is LURITY, s.r.o, no separate registration is required from your company.

We could compare this platform to an advertising marketplace that connects advertisers with digital landlords (in this case, you). Thanks to this platform, advertisers have an opportunity to reach out to their customers, and you have an opportunity to get a share of the profits and earn by running their ads.

Advertising screens have already been offered to us, how is your platform different?
Our advertising screens are equipped with state-of-the-art facial recognition technology that allows you to not only to evaluate your audience but also to target the ad for a selected customer group. In addition to this, we can also target ads better thanks to artificial intelligence, and thus we can automatically increase the success of your advertising campaigns. Therefore our clients have a stronger incentive to advertise with us since they know they only pay for real results. Increased interest from advertisers is reflected in greater pre-paid budgets, which means bigger advertising revenues for you.

How do i know how much i’ve made through advertising?
We make an effort to be as transparent as possible with our partners. Therefore immediately after you enter into contractual relationship with us, you will have access to your administrative account. Through our web interface, you'll be able to view your ad screen’s statistics. You can see how much viewership you have and how much you have earned over a certain period, in addition to other items.

Can i decide what advertisements will be displayed on my device?
Of course. Through the administration interface, you will be able to choose companies that could potentially compete with your business (so called blacklisted companies). Our system will automatically prevent blacklisted companies from appearing on your screens. Other advertisements are regularly checked by our team of administrators who make sure the ads comply with the LURITY Terms of Service and Advertising Policy.

Can my competition advertise on my screens?
It cannot. We thought of this undesirable situation, so we built a preventive mechanism into our interface (the so-called blacklisted categories). Through the administration interface, you will be able to choose the categories of products that are potentially competing with your business. Our system automatically prevents these blacklisted products from appearing on your screens.

What do i need to do to get started?
First of all, you need to buy the screen and the LURITY device that allows you to show your ads while measuring their viewing. Secondly, since devices regularly communicate with our server and send ad view data, you need to secure a stable internet connection on your part. If you have the devices already installed and connected to the LURITY ad network over the internet, there is nothing to prevent you from earning revenue from your traffic.

How quickly can you install the equipment?
The equipment will be installed by our contractors within 30 days of you signing the contract, anywhere within the territory of the Slovak Republic.

How much can we earn for advertising through lurity?
Our partners are entitled to exactly half (50%) of the amount that is charged within their facilities. The amount of advertising revenue depends on the advertiser's demand for the device and the viewing area. Given that these factors can be very difficult to predict, the precise amount you earn cannot be determined in advance.

How and when do you pay me out?
By default, money is paid out within 10 days of the end of the current calendar month. Directly through the administration interface, you can choose where you want to send money - either to your PayPal address or to your bank account.

What costs will we have maintaining these advertising screens?
Ad equipment requires care similar to that needed for a regular computer - sometimes they need to be restarted, and occasionally you need to clean their screens from dirt and dust. Devices are, by standard, supplied with a business guarantee of 1 year. During the warranty period, repair is at our expense. You still have to account for electricity bills and pay for an internet connection.

What if my advertising screen is not making enough money?
First of all, we recommend consulting us to try and find a suitable solution together. The easiest solution may be in you moving your device to another location within your business. From our own experience, we know that a change of placement may, in some cases, significantly increase the total views for a single ad screen.

Who holds responsibility for the ad screens?
You are responsible for the equipment in your possession. We therefore recommend that it be secured and insured against theft and vandalism. We, on the other hand, are responsible for playing ads (within the bounds of the Advertising Law) and facial recognition (within the bounds of the Privacy Act), so you do not have to worry about those items.

How do you respond when the ad screen is malfunctioning?
Technical troubles are addressed by our technical partners. If the device is under warranty, these failures are removed, free of charge, directly at the installation site. We also solve LURITY Vision software malfunctions for free. It is in our interest that ad facilities work continuously, so we try to remove all malfunctions in as short a time as possible.

Is it possible to advertise only my own products on my screens?
Yes, it's possible, but remember, you are getting the revenue from advertising. Just create a blacklist and whitelist of companies in your administrative profile and we will only advertise the appropriate products and services on your device.

V prípade krátkeho výpadku sa údaje o sledovanosti odošlú na server po obnovení spojenie. V prípade dlhého výpadku však môžu byť niektoré staršie dáta sledovanosti nenávratne stratené.
